Portable Sandblasting Machine

ALP-KUM Portable Pressure Sandblasting Machines are a complete design that is presented with a boiler (tank), compressed air filter, sandblasting valve, breathing filter, sandblasting and air hose, compressor hose, mask, nozzle and nozzle apparatus. It works by means of compressed air. Air is connected to the machine and sandblasting is applied in this way. A screw compressor with a flow rate of 5-6 m³/min is suitable.

Portable sandblasting is a type of sandblasting that is applied on-site by transporting a compressor, sandblasting machine, hoses and similar sandblasting equipment that produces high pressure air to the place where the sandblasting process will be carried out. Portable blasting can be done anywhere and can be applied to all types of materials, and generally large materials. However, the only disadvantage of this method is dust extraction. The biggest feature of the suction portable sandblasting machine used for precision sandblasting is that it has low air consumption and ease of use. Portable sandblasting machine can take sand up to 250 kilograms thanks to its large sand chamber. Portable sandblasting machines can spray any desired sandblasting and consumables thanks to the sandblasting guns with high sandblasting power. The portable sandblasting machine with air consumption of only 4.2 cubic meters (6-8 bar) can be easily moved thanks to its wheels. Thanks to the regulator at the air inlet on the portable sandblasting machine, it offers the opportunity to work at the desired pressure. The sheet surface of the portable sandblasting machine, which is designed for small-scale sandblasting works, is protected by electrostatic powder paint against impacts and scratches. In the portable sandblasting machine, a high strength hardened steel body sandblasting gun and a strong boroncarbide sandblasting nozzle against abrasion are used. When the portable sandblasting machine is used at a working pressure of 2-10 bar, approximately 4.2-5.8 cubic meters of air per minute is needed. With these features, the portable sandblasting machine not only saves energy but also makes precision sandblasting.

AQUEOUS:

It is a system that prevents dusting by spraying abrasive and water at the same time.


It is used in various areas such as cleaning rusty, painted, steel construction profiles and ship surfaces and preparing them for paint, cleaning casting and forging burrs. It is also used for cleaning the surfaces of iron, sheet metal, aluminum, glass materials and giving decorative shapes. It offers ideal solutions for sandblasting large parts that do not enter the cabinet, and for sandblasting steel structures at construction sites. The most important feature is that it can use all abrasive granules. If the area to be blasted is desired to be enlarged, the length of the blasting hose can be extended.

Compressed air flow is adjusted so that the cleaning is at the desired level. To start the machine, the tank is filled with sand. The sand inlet is closed with a rubber pad so that the air pressure in the tank and the pressure in the hose are equalized. Sand and air are combined in the valve, which is our own manufacture, and the sand comes out of the nozzle in a pressurized manner. The nozzle should be pointed towards the surface to be cleaned. It should not be applied to any living thing, especially the face. The nozzle is hand-held and the surface to be cleaned is sandblasted. The person doing the sandblasting is required to wear a mask. The sand to be placed in the tank must be dry. Wet or damp sand will cause blockages in the machine. The nozzle is designed to be detachable. If there are large particles in the sand, it will cause the nozzle to clog. In this case, the nozzle can be disassembled and cleaned. The sand used can be used 5-6 times depending on its type. If the blasting environment is closed, it is more suitable both for reuse of sand and for the environment.

The 330 liter boiler is manufactured with 3 wheels to facilitate the handling of the machine. The front wheel is free and the rear two wheels are fixed.

There are 2 wheels in the 220 liter boiler.
